  • Using Agentic AI to Build Richer Learning Experiences in STEM (11 June 2026)
Agentic AI is transforming STEM education by shifting AI from a passive content generator to an active learning partner. Through personalised guidance, adaptive feedback, and iterative support for inquiry, coding, experimentation, data analysis, scientific writing, and reflection, AI agents enable richer and more interactive learning experiences. This pedagogical approach empowers educators to design authentic, inquiry-driven learning environments that foster conceptual understanding, learner agency, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. As AI becomes increasingly integrated into education, the focus should shift from simply using AI tools to cultivating effective human–AI collaboration while ensuring responsible and purposeful use.
